Do I need separate accounts for SOL and TERRa?
No. One Google identity per person is permitted on the organization. Your plan unlocks modules; roles control what you can open. PIN is a second factor inside each operational app.
How does sign-in work?
On this Gateway you can open the account portal (profile and subscriptions) or hand off to SOL/TERRa. Operational apps use Sign in with Google, then a security PIN—same pattern already in the SOL/TERRa codebases.
What is Aurora?
Aurora is the AI assistant across Equinox, SOL, and TERRa—workspace-aware help without a separate login. Gateway Help answers site questions; in-tenant Aurora uses live operational context.
How do I start a free trial?
Open Try for free (/trial). Enter company name and work email. We provision a Starter workspace—no credit card required.
Where do I manage subscriptions?
Sign in to the Equinox account portal on this site. You can view entitlements, open apps, and request subscription termination.
Do you sell apparel or merch here?
Not yet. Equinox is the product site. Merch will live in a dedicated shop when we launch it.
How is Equinox related to Weathertop?
Equinox is a Weathertop Studios program. The studio lists it in the catalog; this subdomain handles marketing, trial, and access.
