Provision Equinox, SOL, or TERRa

Effective date: July 3, 2026 · Equinox Gateway and subscription services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of equinox.weathertopstudios.com (the “Gateway”), trial provisioning, the Equinox account portal, and related marketing services offered by Weathertop Studios (“we,” “us”). By using the Gateway or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.
Equinox is a business management platform. The Gateway provides marketing, trial signup, account management, and hand-off to operational applications (SOL and TERRa) hosted on customer tenant domains. Operational features, uptime, and support levels depend on your plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) and any order form or enterprise agreement.
You must be authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for maintaining accurate admin contact information, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring only permitted users access your tenant. Security PINs and Google accounts are managed under your organization’s control.
Free trials provision a Starter-tier workspace unless otherwise stated. Trials may be limited in duration, capacity, or Aurora usage. We may suspend or end a trial for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Trial data may be deleted after the trial ends if you do not convert to a paid plan.
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at purchase or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
You may not misuse Equinox, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, reverse engineer the services except as permitted by law, or use the services for unlawful activity. You may not resell Equinox as a standalone service without a written partner agreement.
You retain ownership of data you submit to SOL and TERRa. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the services. You represent that you have rights to the data you upload and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Equinox, SOL, TERRa, Aurora, and related marks, software, and documentation are owned by Weathertop Studios or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the services without obligation to you.
Integrations (for example payment processors, banks, or Google authentication) are subject to third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
You may request subscription termination through the account portal or by contacting equinox@weathertopstudios.com. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or extended inactivity on trial accounts. Upon termination, your right to access the services ends; we may delete tenant data after a retention period.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEATHERTOP STUDIOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR EQUINOX IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You will defend and indemnify Weathertop Studios against claims arising from your data, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a written enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will include an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
