Provision Equinox, SOL, or TERRa

This Privacy Policy applies to equinox.weathertopstudios.com (the “Gateway”), related marketing pages, trial and signup flows, and the Equinox account portal. Operational applications (SOL Admin and TERRa) running on customer tenant hosts are governed by the same Weathertop Studios data practices, with additional processing described in product documentation and your organization agreement.

We collect information you provide directly (company name, work email, workspace preferences, support messages), information generated by use of the Gateway (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP), and information required to provision and operate a tenant (organization identifiers, admin email, plan tier). When you authenticate to SOL or TERRa with Google, Google provides identity tokens and profile fields permitted by your Google account settings; we do not receive your Google password.
We use information to provision and maintain workspaces, authenticate permitted users, provide customer support, improve the Gateway and products, send transactional messages (provisioning status, security notices), and—where permitted—product updates. We do not sell personal information.
Business data you enter into SOL or TERRa (ledgers, facilities, staff records, communications) is processed on behalf of your organization as a customer. Your organization controls access via roles and permitted users. Weathertop acts as a processor for that content under your agreement.
Security PINs for SOL and TERRa are stored using one-way protections and are verified within the operational apps. We never ask for your PIN via email or the marketing Gateway. Report suspected PIN compromise to equinox@weathertopstudios.com immediately.
The Gateway may use cookies or local storage for theme preference, account portal session, and analytics. You can clear site data in your browser; doing so may sign you out of the account portal on this domain.
We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, authentication) under contractual safeguards, and when required by law. We may share limited account information with your organization’s administrators.
Account and tenant metadata are retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward for legal, billing, and security purposes. You may request deletion subject to legal holds and backup cycles.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact equinox@weathertopstudios.com to exercise these rights.
Equinox is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Gateway after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
